What is mindfulness meditation?
This practice of mindfulness meditation is as taught to me by Tara Brach & Jack Kornfield. I use mindfulness and meditation (and often yoga) interchangeably because to me they all train with the same goal in mind. That is: to see things as they are, behind layers of conditioning and beliefs. Mindfulness meditation is an incredibly powerful way to let go of limiting beliefs, experience new insights and to move through the world with more ease.
Why study with me?
I’ve been meditating for the past 10 years, experimenting with different styles - from long daily seated practices to dynamic moving meditations. I now sit in a non-dogmatic space, weaving mindfulness into daily life and adapting my practice to suit where I’m at in life.
