Hi! I’m Claire, yoga teacher and recent ex-Aviva employee. I’ve been teaching yoga at Aviva for the past five years and I’m delighted to be continuing to teach this wonderful community.
This class runs Thursday lunchtimes 12-1pm via Teams. Starts at 5 past, ends 5 to.

The classes are recorded and stored on Microsoft Teams (previously YouTube - see below for recordings).
Classes are all levels, if you’re new to yoga it will be a challenge initially (new words, strange movements), but stick with it and after a couple of weeks I promise, it will make more sense. Any Q’s get in touch with me at hello@restoreyoga.co.uk or on WhatsApp below.
