My classes guide you to enquire, explore and connect with body & mind through movement or stillness. The intention: to build resilience.
I used to move through life in a rigid groove, prioritising doing over being with a tense body and tangled mind. I’ve spent a decade since exploring how mindful practices can help us to reclaim the art of living.
Sifting through the vague quick fixes of the wellness world I draw in yoga, meditation, psychology, neuroscience, pattern-work and eastern philosophy.
